Policies are unstable and they change frequently. Management is not good at cluster level which impacts the work culture and unbiased environment can be sensed.

Stressful job

The day started with hearing audios and formulating case histories. It is a friendly work place; however, they keep on increasing daily targets and there is no stability regarding the policies.

when i conducted my first event

No Career Growth

No freedom . Only compliance. Nothing new there. Cannot carry mobile office bags to desk. For software developer infrastructure is not good. Extremely close environment. No guarantee of appraisals. No transportation facility.

This place is not favorable to work at all and trust me it is getting worst! The assistant manager priyanka chandorkar to hr Jessel. They make employees exit forcefully. Nobody would work in a industry where there is no job security. There is no policies in favor of employees! All they know is their own benefits and change their rules accordingly. They do not follow any work ethics and also they want a chance to extract employees money.

Worst Experience

This company was my first switch which turned out to be disastrous as I was hired on huge promises however none of those were fulfilled and later as soon as the projects were stabilized by me they asked me to resign due to lay-off happening in the company. This incident destroyed my career and also the people there left nothing for me in this industry as well.

I was provided with ample prospects to grow & develop myself as a leader & was exposed to a lot of updated softwares cause of multiple projects.

IKS deals with clients from US & delivers services to the Healthcare sector. It required interacting with clients & attaining projects. We as a team with proper directions & guidance completed the projects meeting the deadlines, keeping quality as a priority. Since we dealt with patient's clinical data. Overall it was a really great learning & working experience which helped me grow.
