The organization was a good place to learn. The growth in the company is pretty good. I personally learned how to deal with big clients. The co-workers were very helpful and supporting. The most enjoyable part of the job was to meet and deal with new clients. Interacting with them. the hardest part of the job was the marketing part. It was complete field work. One has to be in the field. As i am inclined more towards desk job, it was a bit difficult for me to handle the field work.
