It is the good place to work. The team members are very supportive.Management is good.There are ups and downs however the managers always manage the situation.Work from home, flexible shifts and many more benefits.

I joined Imarticus as an Executive in 2018. In my two year journey with Imarticus I had my fair share of ups and downs. In totality I had a great experience working at Imarticus as they are always very supportive The team is very much supportive; they have shift flexibility and work from home facility too. The owner Mr Nikhil is the most humble person I have ever met. Initially, when we joined both Founder and Co-Founder Nikhil B, and Sonya H took to all the new joiners, we were around ten people on lunch at Juhu. We had a great experience there. They welcomed us and spoke to each of us. It felt like a family It was one of the most cherished experience of my professional journey. In my tenure at Imarticus, I always received my salary on time. I never had any issues with people. When I got an opportunity to work abroad, they were quite supportive. What I am taking away from here is the great memories. Thanks for reading my review.

No so good place to work, Management not is proper, They don't have clarity, They look for the short-term goal, not for long-term. They want staff to work for 12 hrs, they don't give freedom to employees.

It's a good environment to work as a counselor/career advisor. You build one's career by providing them a right course as per their profile. But management is not up to the mark, when there are huge targets and the time to achieve them is less, AVP runs away for holiday trip. Lots of political games are performed. No good salary offered. Working almost 11 hrs everyday. Shift Doesn't be less than 10 hrs. Sundays are also working for almost 6 hrs. It's like making a machine work 365 days.
