There is crazy office politics over here. No growth in this company for a employee as very less focus given to us. Atrocious management. All Saturday's are working and it's 10-7. It's like working like a machine 365 days - Sunday's. Extremely poor retention rate. I've seen so many peeps joining and leaving in less than 6 hours after looking at the environment and the growth opportunities
