Worked with iMerit for a contractual period of 6 months, it is the best in terms of management, work culture, environment, support, etc. Everyone is very supportive. Work pressure is very less.

What is the best part of working at the company?The work culture. Specially it's a platform for women for starting the career as it's focusing in woman empowerment. Great place to work. 5500 employee. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The management's behaviour. Lots of politics is here. If you can buttering or oiling your manager then it is best for you. Otherwise you will stay in ground zone.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?All good. If you are only focusing about your goals and Target and achievements. Otherwise you never grow up if you have bad relations with your senior.What is a typical day like for you at the company?In my last project, basically my manager has came from a BPO sector, so he has implemented some micro management system which is very stressful

A thumbs up for multiple projects which are not only interesting but knowlegeable for an employee. However 'management' and 'finance department' are the worst departments. Extra allowances are delayed and also reimbursements as well. 'No work ethics' as managers take things too 'personally'. Promotions, increment and appraisals are delayed almost a year. HR deparment and the HR executives don't really know what exactly is their work and instead ask from the managers in the delivery department on what decisions to be made on a particular issue/issues.

Knowledgeable work and interesting.

Cons

Poor management, poor finance department, poor HR department and egoistic managers.
