Bad experience Impact Guru
Anonymous (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - May 3, 2023
Toxic work culture and management. Unrealistic goals. They wont give time to evaluate you. Just hire and fire the next month, when you are put on PIP. Training you receive is absolute dogshit. I joined this company declining offer from another - worst mistake of my life.
Pros
Ghanta kuch nai.
Cons
Everything else.

I joined here about an year ago. Initially felt it was a good place. But as time went by, realisation sets in. Impact guru is one of the worst companies to work for. Arrogant founders, evil HR, and rude coworkers. The culture seems to attract such people. Everybody works in their own small bubble. Nobody collaborates. One of the founders knows jacksh!t about anything. You will need to suck up to the management everydayl Really bad experience.
Pros
The satisfaction when your work ends up saving someone's life.
Cons
Salary deductions, discriminatory policies, incompetent HR, founding team who has no interest in employee wellbeing, rude managers

One of the worst places I've had the pleasure to work in. Extremely toxic workplace full of office politics. Founders are rude and shortsighted. People are very toxic here. Especially juniors and old employee.
Pros

Cons
Bad work life balance, office politics, babu culture
