Impact Guru
Impact Guru Employee Review
What a horrible place to work. Planning to move out soon.
Content Writer (Current Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - May 9, 2023
I joined here about an year ago. Initially felt it was a good place. But as time went by, realisation sets in. Impact guru is one of the worst companies to work for. Arrogant founders, evil HR, and rude coworkers. The culture seems to attract such people. Everybody works in their own small bubble. Nobody collaborates. One of the founders knows jacksh!t about anything. You will need to suck up to the management everydayl Really bad experience.
Pros
The satisfaction when your work ends up saving someone's life.
Cons
Salary deductions, discriminatory policies, incompetent HR, founding team who has no interest in employee wellbeing, rude managers

Productive and fun workplace

The management is great and supportive. Everyone is approachable. The best workplace culture. Work is beyond interesting if you are into helping people with your content and meeting with/talking to patients.

Horrible place to work
Web Content Writer (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - July 29, 2019
When I mentioned 'horrible', I forgot to preface the word with 'extremely'. Yes this is definitely one of the worst places to work.
For juniors there are no opportunities to progress beyond the measly starting salary. As for seniors, they cannot hope to achieve anything here considering the fact that the company is facing major competition and its running on a tight budget.
To sum it all up, enrolling would be something you would probably regret all your life.
Pros
Can't think of any but the coffee machine in the pantry is decent enough
Cons
Bad management, zero advancement and growth, toxic work environment...

Fair warning - this company is horrible.

One of the worst places I've had the pleasure to work in. Extremely toxic workplace full of office politics. Founders are rude and shortsighted. People are very toxic here. Especially juniors and old employee.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Bad work life balance, office politics, babu culture
