Productive, knowledge workplace

Productive, knowledge workplace and lots of fun and very supportive people. It's very good place to work lot to learn. I learnt from then alot as I got best operation and marketing skills and experience from the organisation. I'm always thankful to them.

Biased and unprofessional

Poor management. Single digit salary increments every year. Some very dubious characters working there. Overall a very lazy company with very lazy and complacent employees. Company is surviving on its past legacy that's all. The only way to come up in this company is by sycophancy.

learning workplace

working here is good. learn a lot within these 2 years (approx.). good crowd of students , supports from others staff also . taking CAT and its workshop is specially intresting and within this i learn a lot .. material is good , but dont have freedom to teach our material or something beyond its own material .

Nurturing & Caring working place

As we where a small team, I got great opportunity to work in all most all areas in the organization. I have to do counceling for students, handling centre operations, capacity expansion - introduced two more centres, Recruitment & training for the employees, taking presentations about the product, making market strategies and executing within the constraints. Management was very helpful and they nurtured & molded me with right kind of attitude. I had a good team with great support.

It was a balance of challenging role and perfect team work. Interacting with new people on a daily basis was the most exciting thing about this job

Fun work place and very friendly environment

Days work would be recording journal entries and making daily reports on sales collection of previous day. Learned: Accounting functions in a small to medium scale service organisation, reporting head of department with daily, weekly and monthly sales and expenditure report. Management: Extremely friendly and approachable management team with good training and development provided. Co-workers: extremely friendly co-workers and fun working with them. Hardest Part: Too much reliance on manual systems and paper based environment rather then effective implementation of information systems. Most enjoyable part was the working environment and a good relationship with co-workers

Wonderful place to work at

I worked as a freelancer, learnt a lot, and enjoyed a lot. I would work for 2-4 hours in a day. I learnt how to use logic in understanding written English. My centre-manager was a wonderful young lad, who was always respectful and efficient. My co-workers were very experienced in this field. They offered immense support. The hardest part was to face the volley of questions from the students, however, that was also the most enjoyable as it challenged my intellect.
