Best company to work

Best company to work. If you are passionate person and want to grow along with company then IMS is best place you will get chance to became TL manager as well. But slary is low compared to other companies. If you need peace at your work place then Ims is for you.

Pathetic Work Environment (Jaipur) Unprofessional and Arrogant senior management

Poor Management (Jaipur site)The senior management takes every matter on their personal Ego...And very unprofessional and arrogant behaviour on the floor with the employees.Most hilarious thing is that promotions are given not in terms of the merits it's given based on their relationship with the management.

Cheap company with no ethics or standards will pay nothing.

They will not pay you well wants you work on weekends too no understanding if you are sick they don't cake come to work or get fired, will make work with prohance you can not even go to washroom without telling this software




Long hours. Bad management Very very very less pay Work on weekends
