My time at In Time Tec was unfortunate due to a toxic culture, ineffective leadership, and an excessive workload. Experiencing verbal abuse and undue pressure from technical architects and technical leads is completely unacceptable and harmful. Such behavior is detrimental to both your professional development and mental well-being. I strongly discourage considering this company for employment. The experience largely hinges on your team, but unfortunately, the management provided minimal support. As a newcomer, the pressure was overwhelming, and they pushed for resignation if you couldn't cope. Your well-being should always be a top priority, and this company did not prioritize it.

Completely depends on the team, project and people you are working with.You might find work-life balance but that is not in all the projects. And your review is completely dependent on the manager so favouritism comes into picture.

great place to intern at

learnt a lot of new coding hacks, was given training in java and was trained under well versed professionals. there were weekly submissions of codes and weekly meetings as well.
