good management, IR issues are very high, In cement HR & Security are key departments, Liaising with Surrounding villages & Government officials is very very important task. Security must be always Vigilant.

Land survey till morning to evening in hot summer and fixing demarcation pillers .HR support function like recording of labour entry 7 exit ,OT, man hours, etcA good management ,supportive,Good co-workers,trained and believe in working togetherness,teamwork.Nothing hard to an experienced Security officer,but felt hard to tackle 05 strong union.Taking active part in CSR activities.
