worst experience

I undergone one month internship in india cements which I regret now because they won't train or teach you anything those hr employees are simply waste just sitting and doing their work During my internship all I did was just simply sitting in a AC room. I regret going there thinking about it was the worst thing happened to me. In short HR department of India cements,sankarnagar is simply waste If anyone looking for internship in HR department take my advice find a better company

Production oriented, top most preference for safety, Welfare Amenities are good, Working culture is ok, Friendly atmosphere, Family type with helping hand always supportive when in need by the staff and management. Achieved highest production consistently with perfect planning and dedicated operators services reached the maximum targets frequently. Regarding Family life, very good especially ladies club is doing a tremendous job with my wife always winning in all sports and functions. Schooling is also good. Colony is fully equiped with temple, shopping complex, park, ground, gym etc.

*Learnt about quality a lot, regarding which material to be fed for pile formation and completion with required quality and quantity. *Learnt a lot about Surface Miners operation for production, development and correction. *Management was always support full and help full. *Workplace we use to keep always neat and clean. * We follow TPM- 5S to achieve 100% housekeeping. *During Rainy season difficult for crusher operation hampers production. *Enjoyable part of job while finishing the pile with required quality and quantity.
