a good and friendly work environment ,adoptable times and motivational team management was very help full and motivating for new things coworkers were helpful and its a team work and helping to handled emergency at spot hardest part is some times due to road traffics i cant reach on time to visit a patient to their house and enjoyable part is appreciation from manger on good job

Usually Starts with operations monitoring, Sales review, Recruitment and training review. Learning process involves Human Resource, Trainee orientation, Client Interaction, Marketing Strategies, Motivational processes, Operational Techniques, Administration capability development. Management was normal in most situations except that the management had not hard coded policies which was a great drawback. Cooworkers, especially in the operational areas were the best The hardest part of the job was to make the management understand the practical problems of field workers in a large city as chennai. The most enjoyable part of my job was the confidence the clients gained in us when we provided them with a quality home care and the confidence that the nursing institutions gained in us when we recruited and trained their nurses to suit the requirements of varied clientele in a vast metro like Chennai.
