This is the pathetic place to work for ....never ever dream or even think of joining this company....management is too selfish .....employees here are taken for granted ......people here have to suffer salary cut for six months that to 80% salary cut .....horrible work life balance..... no motivation..... high level of politics involved at all levels .....no trust at all in this company

Poor management.The HR is useless who don’t look Upto freshers problems. The so called hierarchy leads to intimidation of juniors who are not free to put their thoughts forward whatsoever. They expect you to work for 14-15 hours and yet no recognition is given

The company not clear about the vision and mission that why want to venture into pharmaceutical industry and mainly in respiratory segment. This segment wants dedication, determination and moreover patience to work with medical fraternity. hiring and firing people is not the way to sustain into the market. Moreover planning less organisation.

Worthless company

They promised me to give a annual salary of 2.30pa but i use to get only 8k a month and they use to deduct money for no cause and even on sunday and holidays we had to work and management was trash
