Chief Manager (Former Employee) - Noida, Uttar Pradesh - September 8, 2023
Everyday was a different day from the other day. I have learnt so many things that unable to write it down point-wise, but a gist of learning , i would submit : 1. Adherence to strict time discipline. 2. Time Management 3. Work discipline 4. Freedom of expression to discuss, elaborate and conclude the work assigned/Task within time frame-work/schedule. 5. Placing a Note as per manuals prescribed by the bank. 6. Work with due-diligence 7. Work as a Team and as well as Team-leader 8. Never leave the office without un-attending the work . 9. Due recognition of Work. 10. Salaries, perks , increment , other benefits always received in advance.

good experience working here.
DGM (Former Employee) - Meerut, Uttar Pradesh - August 20, 2023
Working in a Bank is in itself a diverse experience, as we come across customers starting from the penniless to the most elite and wealthy. People management was the most appreciable thing pocketed by me. The Organisation was a learning centre with various trainings, internal and external. MDP at IIM Ahmedabad was a feather in the career cap. the most enjoyable part of the job was travelling. Could see several parts of the country, living various cultures of the diverse India.
Pros
good exposure and experience
Cons
Seniors behave like bosses
