Competitive but lots to learn
Being a monopoly in their business, the scope to learn is abundant. Even though it comes under MoC work culture is cosmopolitan and highly demanding. Remuneration and benefits are best provided in the industry but the scope for career advancement is very limited.

Good place for academic research projects.
Good place to start in case your focus is on research papers and higher studies. However, as usual research associates do not get any credit for good work and it is highly bureaucratic work culture.
