In Indian railway S&T job is fully technical but they categories s&t in artisian. Due to 24×7 working all day no Rest days for signalling engineer family life gets worse and due to management no chance of further growth

Working atmosphere as per yourself management. Everything required to connect with suitable is code for confirmation. Site of work are more away from resident some times specialy in rain it is very difficult to reach site.
