No great scope

The management is very strict and rude with its employees as well as customers. The Partner retention team is given huge targets and they always depend on lead generation team and even lead generation team is given huge targets. Though the company claims free advice, it is actually not intended to do that.

Salary, worklife balance, career growth, If CEO doesnot like an employee, he just fires Him/Her.
