Pathetic ground floor service at Pune. It was my last day at Pune, thought to leave with good memories but this immature, no common sense, and no proper hospitality service. It simply aggravated me untill I reach Kolkata. I have observed even the cabin crew talk rudely when in comparison to other flight attendants. Also thier way of speaking is worst comparatively to others services. Really made me feel, money is thier priority. Do they get paid extra when they impose more money on passengers?? I think Indigo should recruit people on basis on hospitality as well. Indigo is good but most stuffs are under rated.

Try to bring more man power on every work area's to divide the work load.
1. Hire more staff to eliminate overtime.
2. Closer inspection of authority figures as i personally received abuse by one manager simply because I spoke in English at the work place.
3. A proper office as the so called HQ consisted of a tiny room with a few chairs and computers and staff were expected to stay outdoors in harsh conditions for the duration of the work day which would regularly stretch to 14 hours a day.
