Every day you need to prove your self. Aviation admin job is really stressful but it has their own charms. You should experience the same.
Very charmy environment from out side but actually its very stressful. You need to be ready for job 24X7. As its may be required by your department any time round a clock. But very co-opaerative management specially my boss. Not so good
Its been 1.5 years in Indigo but the work culture is too bad. No work life balance. The processes and policies are not well defined and it makes stressful to be working in such an environment.What would you say about your employer?
