What is the best part of working at the company?It was the best experience. I had the most wonderful time serving this company and Aviation industry. The best part is that everyone is too encouraging and full of motivation. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?As an airhostess you have to fly continuously so yes sleep deprived ,mid Night job.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very friendly. You can literally feel the real you when you work with them. You'll get new opportunities to talk and explain or share your ideas with everyone. Working with jet Airways was really fun & learnt a lot.. Good company to start your career in Aviation but no progress after certain point Management is always critical of crew's woek, finding an opportunity always to ask you for an explanation

always full of experiences

it was always fun and challenging working with Indigo. when you were a uniform of airline that feeling was always a proud and reputation. while handling operations winter season was little difficult yet full of new experiences part because at my station almost three four flights used to get delay in winters, but then when even after coming late we all team members try our best to depart before time and most of the time we managed if, and that feeling of pressure and hard work is really enjoyable. sometimes passengers also show faith on us the approach to us and says that "we know Indigo Team will send us on time no matter what will be the condition, that is why we like Indigo" and that was always a 'blush moment' for us.
