Indigo airlines are good company in indian airlines. , cafeteria are awesome and great utilities of indigo airlines. Staff are good communication etc.

I faced lots of issue with the company when I left the job,the provident process was totally untrustworthy . Still facing issues no help received, even after informing them about My PF account details . Very pathetic. Very bad experience from indigo airlines.

Indigo airlines was an advancing airline gaining reputation for budget traveling and cheap air fairs. Salary perks are very good and offers a stress free environment to work. ... I loved my work but the salary compared to the work I, as a crew did, was not enough. I did not see myself grow in the company in the future.

A good place to start up a career and achieve success and very nice superior and very much supportive in ups and downs, good work culture with good attire, no hardest job just if give up sometime of our and start work there will be no tuff work, enjoyable part is achieving the target.

- Long ques for checkins, reservations, boarding. -How to make reservations, how to do checkin's, how to deal wit irrated passengers/guests, and much more. - Management was good and organised a lot of CSR activities and tournaments for staffs. - my Co-workers were very helpful, and always ready to teach something new. - The hardest part is to deal with guests who have missed their flights, and when guests gets irritates due to delay in flight. - I loved every part of my joy.

As it was my first experience with airline i would say good but in terms of pay for my passion is very less and i cannot give my 4 to 5yrs and apply for position because in these i should earn money along with my passion/ so i had to come to u.a.e and i am waiting for opportunity in Airlines in u.a.e.
