Good company

Company is good as to work for long time, but the salary is less as compared to your job profile, I was working as a security officer for indigo Mumbai from 2008 to 2011. The salary offered by the company was very less and also the increment was also very slow.Hope now things are changed.

A very dissapointing place to work

Considering it's reputation in the aviation industry it is very difficult place for employees to work, with low salary growth and low prospect of promotion. Here employees are evaluated not in the basis of their performance but on the basis of their relationship with their appraising managers. Every employee in this company are unhappy except the manager. It was one of the best company to work for before COVID but post COVID thing changed drastically and employees intrest are least taken care of.

1. Everyday a new challenge is been found. 2. I learned how to interact with customers and got to know their problems and how to solve them. 3. The management should rate the people according to the performance rather than rating people based on their experiences. 4. The workplace culture is excellent. People are very friendly and interactive. 5. The hardest part of the job was the job duration. It was not at all flexible. 6. The most enjoyable part of the job were the day to day challenges.
