What is the best part of working at the company?It was the best experience. I had the most wonderful time serving this company and Aviation industry. The best part is that everyone is too encouraging and full of motivation. Work Culture was amazing and salary was always on time. Environment around was really positive, colleagues were helpful and even the managers were. I started my journey in 2015 Jan and due to my personal reason I had to resign. My last day was 22nd August 2022.

There is no work life balance at all. It’s like you just work for indigo 24/7 and on offs also they keep bothering you. Management does not care about employees. They treat employees as something replaceable and not as an asset. In social media they showcase otherwise. No personal life at all. No career growth. Company Only value the pilots.

A very dissapointing place to work

Considering it's reputation in the aviation industry it is very difficult place for employees to work, with low salary growth and low prospect of promotion. Here employees are evaluated not in the basis of their performance but on the basis of their relationship with their appraising managers. Every employee in this company are unhappy except the manager. It was one of the best company to work for before COVID but post COVID thing changed drastically and employees intrest are least taken care of.
