By joining this company I have made worst decision in life life. One of toxic work culture I had ever seen. No work life balance at all. Lot politics in the management level. I request not to join this blady company and ruin your career life. I have worked here for 3 years.

There is no work life balance at all. It’s like you just work for indigo 24/7 and on offs also they keep bothering you. Management does not care about employees. They treat employees as something replaceable and not as an asset. In social media they showcase otherwise. No personal life at all. No career growth. Company Only value the pilots.

A very dissapointing place to work

Considering it's reputation in the aviation industry it is very difficult place for employees to work, with low salary growth and low prospect of promotion. Here employees are evaluated not in the basis of their performance but on the basis of their relationship with their appraising managers. Every employee in this company are unhappy except the manager. It was one of the best company to work for before COVID but post COVID thing changed drastically and employees intrest are least taken care of.
