Work Culture was amazing and salary was always on time. Environment around was really positive, colleagues were helpful and even the managers were. I started my journey in 2015 Jan and due to my personal reason I had to resign. My last day was 22nd August 2022.

Company is good as to work for long time, but the salary is less as compared to your job profile, I was working as a security officer for indigo Mumbai from 2008 to 2011. The salary offered by the company was very less and also the increment was also very slow.Hope now things are changed.

Indigo is the best airline to work for in india. Your job security is very high. Salary on time. The exposure is great You will do international and domestic flights equally. Not just day return flight, layovers too. The pay is good if you're just starting up. The environment is friendly and very approachable.

A very dissapointing place to work

Considering it's reputation in the aviation industry it is very difficult place for employees to work, with low salary growth and low prospect of promotion. Here employees are evaluated not in the basis of their performance but on the basis of their relationship with their appraising managers. Every employee in this company are unhappy except the manager. It was one of the best company to work for before COVID but post COVID thing changed drastically and employees intrest are least taken care of.
