I will suggest you not to work in any low cost airlines they treat you as a slave. The management think they hired you to work 24x7 without a break 11 hrs a day.

The only thing that is worth mentioning is that even if you are average at your job, you can progress as they have a seniority-based promotion and not skill-based, not that I know of anyway.

Good working place , Fun to work with , challenging and sometimes hectic but supportive. I learned a lot about passengers satisfaction and learned about positive no. The most enjoyable part is to work during festivals as its all colorful in the company with traditional dress codes . The hardest part of the job is when there are aircraft swaps but the team standing with us its easy to handle.

I loved the crew life. I loved my work but the salary compared to the work I, as a crew did, was not enough. I did not see myself grow in the company in the future.

Some of the best reasons to work at IndiGo is that get to learn lot of things specially we use to have Multitasking not only Reservations and ticketing we use to perform at all the allocations like boarding gates, Arrivals, Check Inn counters, Ramp and by working at all these allocations we use to get learn lot of things and that was awesome and each day would be a new like new faces new challenges and Give service … Downsides working with indigo is like should not stick with the company as the growth is very less best thing is learn as much as you can if you find and opportunity than move on.
