Very self centred company. Not at all employee friendly. Gives abundance of work as compared to salary offered. Odd timings and no overtime payments. Rude and inexperienced staff.

There is no work life balance at all. It’s like you just work for indigo 24/7 and on offs also they keep bothering you. Management does not care about employees. They treat employees as something replaceable and not as an asset. In social media they showcase otherwise. No personal life at all. No career growth. Company Only value the pilots.
