Met some great peers; rat-infested management

I worked at Indigo for 2-3 years. I fit in well and got along with my fellow CER's there. Great people at all locations I've visited. However managment doesn't really recognize hard work. Will lie to your face and lie about you behind your back. Takes a special breed of narcissist to make it to management level. Even supervisors are about 50/50. Add to that a relatively younger age group of grunts taking the first cool minimum-wage job they interviewed for, and you're potentially risking a very dramatic work place. If I could, I'd tell my past self not to waste his time even going to the interview. Thank u next. (Also this was all in calgary AB but it won't let me select that)

Amazing workplace with good transportation facilities to all employees

A day at Indigo started with all the people greeting each other well which gave a good start to the day . I always worked in a team of 4 people which changed everyday and it helped me in built a good team work. The management of the organisation was very systematic as all the executives were very approachable and were ready to help all the employees. The hardest part of the job was dealing a passenger complaint made by an other employee because an alternative was difficult to offer without knowing the root cause. The best part of the job was meeting new customers everyday and seeing them enjoy the services we provided.

it was fun working with indigo airlines, and having good salary with lots of layovers was the most loved part. work load was not that much. employers take care of employees and their health.
