Sat and Sunday are off , plenty to learn , management is very supportive . Travel opportunities are slightly less , increments are on the lower side But work life balance is best

Good work culture and mutual understanding

I enjoyed the work at indoco remedies. Good work culture following the Pharmacopial rules 21 CFR and online work on software. No any manual work is done at this site.

Cons

Company vehicle not provided for local and Nalagarh.

Company is so good but people inside the company is not good without any mistake my manager ask me to give resign .They even not give any increment in my salary. If I did any mistake then why they did my confirmation within 6 month they will have to told me but never they told me and order me give resign and do job another company.

The best part about working in Indoco is the working culture itself. The company provides essential inputs and all the required supports to the medical representatives in order to improve the sales volume. The support from company leads to retain the existing customers as wells to get new potential customers.
