Pleasant, fun to work with enthusiastic colleagues
Hostel Warden (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - September 6, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedWhat is the best part of working at the company? They pay according to seniority and experience, transparent in their dealings, fair. Work environment in hostel section is very congenial. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? If all your paper work is up to date there is nothing to worry. Nobody likes lazy and uninterested employees. As teachers and wardens nothing can be left for later. One has to be on time in all areas What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Very cooperative and helpful. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Wake up the hostellers, breakfast with students, assembly, classes, lunch, afternoon rest, sports, evening prep, dinner, after dinner study and 10 pm lights out

I have been with Indus since a very long time and one thing is what I have seen. Their management works like anything. Anything you like to ask, or be it a small query- you may straight away contact them and they will help you with proper instructions. They have an open door policy and are extremely supportive when required.

Strong faculty
Teacher (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - September 27, 2019
I have been associated with the Indus group for a very long time. The learning environment, strong faculty and work culture at IISB are redefining education in India. The most advanced methods are used to teach children inside the classrooms such as Humanoid Teacher. This definitely makes Indus International School Bangalore the most innovative international school in India.

Best school to work
Visual Art Teacher (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - September 27, 2019
One of the best international school to work for. I was new to IBO curriculum, when I joined Indus. The support, encouragement, training offered by Indus, helped me to gain confidence in IB curriculum. They treat teachers not as an employee, but as a member of Indus family.

Won't get much nursing experiences
Staff Nurse (Former Employee) - sarjapura,Bangalore - August 8, 2019
Overall is a good place. But for nurses it, not a good place to gain experience and knowledge. If you only thinking about salary and not about your career then you can keep it as an option.
