Work Culture and management

Indus Net have a very bad management in senior level, mainly in the HR team. The HR responsible for freshers hiring are of low mentally. And coming to work there was no work culture, dont have any systematic and categorical work. Project work are not well managed.

The reasons include: Good environment: A good work environment is required for better performance which is present in abundance in this organisation. Work and personal life balance: In this company, you get 5 working days, so the utmost precious Saturdays and Sundays are for your family and friends. Cooperative managers (Mentors): Managers play a very important role in your skill development. Managers are more like mentors in this organisation according to me. Safe and secure Job: Despite not having the fear of losing your job, one must constantly work on his/her skills to keep himself updated irrespective of new technology or learning methods.
