Not an ideal place for career growth
DGM (Former Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - November 15, 2019
Too few growth opportunities
Employee feel unrecognised
90% employees leave Indus for reasons other than Pay
No clear cut strategies for retaining employees
Offers pay package which is best in the industry but over a period of time one become a unmarketable product in the job market as your pay mis matches your job content

Monopoly decision of CEO so Chamchagiri dominates here.
National Head (Former Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - November 15, 2019
Every thing in Indus is driven by CEO. It's not a transparent and process dominated company. The most chamcha giri type company. Not recommended for serious working professional.
