Do not harass people by cutting their salary even after working very hard and approve leaves at least...people are not machines
Salary should be increased more at the time of appraisal due to this employee will retain more here

Unproper management and salary dose not increase according to work load or expenses
There have some unable person seat on big post they cant able or manage the employees problem on priority basisGiven good support by supervisors and seniors
Indusind bank management is good for supporting. but sometimes shows quite discrepency in transperency.

Promotional should happen every 4 months once.
