There is a lot of politics and culture lacks professionalism. Employees are forced to come to office by managers even though there is 3 days work week by HR and manager himself works from home. Managers demotivate the employees and compare with other colleagues.

For other profile in naukri it’s good but B2C sales is really hectic. 6 days working with rotational shift. Sometimes festival holiday is also considered as rotational off.

like most of organisation they hire people from outside n keep old employed underpay so don't promote so they feel cheated and leave .. still ok ok company i would say if u r struggling to find anywhere else .. still never think of staying longer there .

Good Overall work environment.

I liked the overall work environment. In some cases though, like in some types of projects, you may need to work on some internal systems that they've built and that won't be helpful for your future ventures (and possibly for overall learning as well). Managers and seniors are very helpful and you'd feel as if they're your family. Cross-team communications can be hard because of how the management sets up the whole thing. If you are okay with a little bit of tricky, tactful, diplomatic surroundings, you'll do great. But, be ready for speaking up for yourself - it will be praised.Because of the dynamic prevalent between Developers and QA, there can be at times, nasty little battles that can cause some stress, better to already know and expect them to happen. Of course, the review is biased to my particular experiences.

Pros

Great team bonding, Great work if you can find it or get it by a chance, Great growth if you position yourself correctly you can grow to lead positions real quick, the increments are quite amazing.

Cons

Bad work - if you've been given redundant or not useful work, Management "can" get tricky, There can be blame games at times - better to know that it will happen.
