After working in other companies, you join infor it's good. It is not so great for freshers Low learning end.Management should work on learning scope of freshers also

during my typical workday, I am responsible for vulnerability management . I check in all the scans and servers with any issues they may be having such as scan stopped, authentication issue. I keep in touch with clients, update them on our progress and make sure they are satisfied with the work
Good place to work at, but some teams are not flexible. So choose Infor by which team you are going to join. Overall culture is so good and is idea for experienced but not for freshers
I have learned more knowledge in infor , the environment are awesome peacefull to work there, management are very good supporters, short period of time learned their products with support of managers
Handling global expenses and invoices. Taking care of 16 members team. APAC 2. EMEA 9 and NAM 5. Meeting daily TAT with FTR. Sending daily reports and weekly reports to business.
Team is very Collaborative during work hours and friendly during off hours. Easy going of task and work culture within the organization. Gave priority to every team member for any suggestions or tasks during implementation phase

There are lots and lots of activities happening here in Infor which helps to maintain work life balance.
Basically get the request for translation of design documents in Japanese once in a month so need to set a target for completion.
Learned J-E, E-J translation in a professional way.
Management was cool.
Excellent workplace culture.
Making the glossary for any new word found in design document.

A very good work environment with good management. Friendly process owners and home like environment across the floor. Effective internal trainings and fun activities organised by management every quarter.
Typical day at work involved supporting customers in EU/NA and Asia regions for customization to Inventory management, and Warehouse management tool through functional and technical changes to the tool. being my 1st full time Job, learned a lot about supply chain and enterprise resource management technicalities. The management mainly is a bridge between customers and act as a support team for deploying and developing customization to customers in the region. The hardest part of the job was to ensure the customization to the Job did not have any parallel impacts to other ERP tools being used in parallel . The most enjoyable part was the frequent fun events organized in the company which i lead as part of the employee CARE committee. Lot of opportunities to interact with customers as well.
