It was a fun working in Infosys. The overall process was very smooth only except the salary. EOD we all are working to earn money. If that would have been better, it could have been perfect

work ethics

I was only a trainee at Indosys in the year 2009 for a period of three months. During this period got taining on various technologies. The teaching is excellent and the way weekly tests happen really motivates one to work harder to do better. Excellent work ethics and facilities at campus. Would love to be that organisation again.

Not as great as it seems to be

Join Infosys only as a lateral. The only good thing is training at Mysore. The pay is not fair at junior level despite having so much work for them.

Worst work culture

Managers are not at all co-operative and very stressful work culture with underpaying there employees. Infosys never appreciate their employees and no growth in salary as well as in work life.
