Infrastructure domain
Systems Engineer (Current Employee) - Pune - November 25, 2023
Nice learning but overload and lesser increments. Hike also postponed in 2k23 when became eligible for it. Hybrid culture for working from office is good for locals, for person who travelled for more than 1000 km for job, its either wfh or wfo.

Good Salary
Consultant (Current Employee) - Pune, Maharashtra - November 22, 2023
Good points: Infosys offers the best training any company can ever give. The 4 months you spend here will be the best days if your life. They also pay you for studying and clearing the tests. Also, you have a fat bonus if you are an HPF or TPF. So if you do well in your training, you get a good salary. Also, the salary for your further years depends on your training performance. So it is entirely in your hands. The facilities in all Infosys DC's are the best. Company releases you early if you are on bench Best Infrastructure of all development centers. Negative: If you performed badly in training, you will suffer till your career in Infy. Bench Policy - Freshers are in bench for a lot of time. I personally was on bench for 4 months after my training. Some og my friends were on bench for 9 months. They do not give you a workstation while you are in bench and you have to complete 9:15 hrs daily. Project Mapping - Sometimes, they train you on something and you get mapped to a project if a different skillset. Sometimes getting release becomes difficult Poor hikes - The hikes are abysmal. Do not stay in the company for 3+ years, you will suffer. It is better to switch if salary is in your mind. They make you a senior systems engineer after completing 2 years but give you a 0% hike. Facilities are all charged- Gym, swimming pool, carrom. This company even charges you for parking and short distance shuttles. 90 Days notice Period- I don't think I need to stress on this much.

Good place to work as a fresher. Training was good, but it was extensive , elaborate and quite difficult. But it was manageable. Coming to work, it was bit lengthy, stressful but at the same time challenging

Senior Project Manager (Former Employee) - Bangalore - November 7, 2023
Depends on the opportunity you get. You are on your own. Lot of demotivated employees If you have issues escalated by the client, you will be scrutinized but not given any help or support .......
Pros
