Good for 5+ year exp, not good for 2+ year
Company does not have much projects in SAP for 2+ exp people. Usually client prefers seniors guys to do good work , and there is where things are not good for junior people, as they do nnot get quality work
benefits are moderate.
It is more an anti -employee company with minimal perks.
3 months notice period is pathetic

Infosys is decent in terms of employee satisfaction and salary hikes. less onsite opportunities but a lot of scope to explore new technologies and professional paths across different divisions.

Good place to work. Good projects and flexible..
Fun and very good environment to work.
But no good benefits for employee. No financial benefits as well.
