Very good to work but salary is less. Good work life balance. Management is okay not very good. Onsite opportunities are there but lot of politics behind that..which is mostly everywhere the same.

Work life balance purely depends on the projects

Work life balance purely depends on the projects some projects expect 24/7 work and some projects have people working for 2-3 hours a day. Salary revision doesn't happen on its own.
