very Nice place to work and always healthy environment amongst colleagues. competitive environment for your technical growth . always something new to learn growth factor in every aspect regarding knowledge /finance personnel grooming personal growth in every aspect
Company is full of politics and never allow you to take leaves though there's only one paid leave, they will take multiple task from you but they will never appreciate your work. There is no sick leave PF or paid leaves or bonus, they don't give salary slip but they do cut tax of rupees 200. Management is very poor, one lady manager is worst (she collects students fee & believes hero herself) people are leaving because of her. Love fashion not intelligence worst place to work.
Salary on time
Politics between employers & lady manager is worst.
Very friendly and healthy work environment. Professional yet stress-free. One of the few places where you look forward to go to work everyday. The management is really helpful. A very good place to work. INIFD PCMC is the best place to work if you want to have a good work- home balance and. A stress free work environment.
Few Faculties with very low experience and degrees/diplomas from substandard college/institutes work with less salaries provided to them(hence beneficial for the institute financial management) and with such less knowledge in the field and low personality, excercise more politics than teaching/working on self/institute development out of inferiority complex. Hence work culture is very poor

Working as guest faculty was quite easy.no added responsibility was given .working environment was good. But management was not that great.Infrasructue and facilities were not up to the mark.
no of students were less
infrastructure was not propert
I have learnt teaching and management skills over here. Also I have learned to handle the different kind of situation. It is a 9 hour job. Managing skills. Hardest part is less leaves and long hours. No week-off even on weekends.
