Not a positive work experience

Team members are always willing to help and manager is a responsible and optimistic person. I learnt a lot during my internship. Work hours are flexible given that you complete the tasks in the given time frame.

Good worklife balance but with time company has lost its spark

Alot of bad hires in the mangerial role has deteriorated the culture and working environment. Inmobi was known for star coders, flexible culture, good payout, 360 degree feedback system, half yearly hikes whenever the felt the need for their employees, friday fun parties, sort of like family and everyone grew in the company. Product team and few engineering team still holds the same culture. So i would suggest whoever is joining check about the team and then join.

Working as part of the data team. We get good autonomy on our work. The scale at which we handle events gives us a good challenge. The Architects are very strong technically and have a good attitude, overall a good place to work if you'd want to focus on work in large scale systems.

1) Employee Friendly and genuine care for employees is taken by the management. 2) Management takes extra effort to retain performers. 3) Open culture, everyone is approachable including CEO, just walk to his desk (NOTE: Not Cabin) 4) Full responsibility and thus accountability on every employee. 5) If you have a problem speak up, people are there to listen, don't keep it with yourself and sulk. 6) Cutting edge technologies to work on 7) Have an unmatched learning experience If you are faint hearted and fear taking responsibility and accountability please stay away. We don't want you. Not for people looking for a 9 to 5 peaceful job. You will the one complaining like some of the feedbacks I have seen.

Good people and culture, but confused company priorities

InMobi thinks they are a tech company but doesn't exactly behave like one. The engineers are never given enough importance compared to the business side. The folks at the top, including the founders and the CEO, think revenue, not product. The top product folks are great at selling, and that's all they do.

Fun and Work

Best thing about InMobi is that nobody will question you on anything..be it coming late to office or leaving early or be it any number of work from homes UNTIL you are doing your job well... They totally believed in their employees to be self responsible and accountable.
