Does not feel like a product based company for people in Customer engineering department

Stressful environment with many managers having zero technical knowledge. Many clients are very rude and many senior person are new at company. It creates trouble for new joiners to accommodate and work properly.

Mixed Opinion,Neither too good nor bad.

I am an SDE - 1 at innovaccer and till now i think it's a very fast paced company so you continuously have to learn new stuff every single day. Sometimes the pressure is less and sometimes its too much but overall its average. The compensation is good but the process is bad and sometimes people are confused at to what is going on. Although i think this company has a very good potential and i won't be leaving this company anytime soon cause i think it's much much better than the companies out there.

Pros

Flexible work hours, good compensation, Plenty of leaves, too much learning

Cons

Sometimes the workload is a lot, management of stuff is bad.

Worst company to work with

Gives a lot of work in minimum salary, no work life balance. Fires its employees at tough times inspite of employee working day and night for the company, what it gets at last is this is your last day at job, because of their cost cutting process.

Good company to work and skill set improvements but somehow i am disappointed from management point of view specially at leadership which they are hiring. Even they are paying very good salaries to their leaders but still i must say that they really need more improvements in leadership hiring interview process. And should have continuous discussion with resource directly to understand the leadership work and their challenges an problems.
