Unprofessional Work Culture

This company has a very poor job work culture. The attitude towards employee on-boarding is very unprofessional. There is no support after you join this organization. They have compatibility clause in their agreement of 15 days which they use against the employees.

company & employees are very good behavior,all staff are supporting all time and care each other,team management is excellent,we all staff are celebrate all vacation on every year.
