ISS Mumbai Review
It is a product based company but It is just like any other local Indian IT company. Not recommended for people having experience more than 4 years. A good company for freshers.

Do the correction of all mistake which happened in the past
1. Appoint a good Global Head HR at New York office, who will have knowledge of service laws. 2. Treat India staff as equal opportunity employer 3. Learn from other good companies how to implement Corporate Governance in ISS 4. Try to do the correction of all mistakes

Not a good company
Complicated place to work, company is using very old software technology, which exposure is no use for the future, especially for technical professionals. Company is differentiating between genders. Huge favoritism in transport facility and flexible working hours, for getting this employee has to help office head for his personal business venture, which he is happening confidentiality. Office politics is very high which is created by office head, he is working hard to make quality and high standard employees life difficult at work place. Due to above all reasons many highly respective professionals are separated from the company and some of them victim of office politics. Many employees are desperately looking for job change. So many illegal process. PROS Create transparency in top management. Office location is far away from town, difficult to commute. Sometimes workers feeling surprise for decision of the present office location. CONS Try to do the correction, which mistakes happened in the past. Find a business friendly office location which will be nearby Mumbai financial market and IT hub.

US managers are treating Indian employees like slaves. Far away office location. High office politics. No respect to hi-standard employees. Difficult place to work
