Very worst company

They didn't follow proper one working process. Each and everyone changing the process their own decisions so it will effect New joiner to understand process. thats why so employees relieve their jobs.They are not treating their Employees like Employees. Always treats Discouraging and irrespective in the work place. Salary also not crediting properly in monthly basis. Management also not considering and understanding employees situation. I never seemed like this company.

Safe but stressful

Good place for beginners to learn. Safe environment for women especially in night shift. Work life is quite stressful. you will always feel like someone is watching your every move. Crowded cafeteria, short of parking space, leadership seemed short-sighted, management overlooked some employees to favor others.

The good things A diverse and equitable working policy. Along with very beneficial site specific training provided by HR. Good accommodation and food alike . A great selection of team members again by HR. The challenges Lack of resources. Considerably indecision by senior engineers and inability to listen to subject matter experts about tasks at hand resulting in many tasks being harder than required. Understaffing and multi tasking personal within our sector was a big floor. Two extra hours travel every day unpaid. Being hired as a C1 operator and used as an open operator.

Actually, in Integra they treat you like you were in school. Many restrictions.

In Integra, there are some good things and many bad things like, they'll give 1 hour break, we need to split that 1 hour into 2 or 3 breaks. The worst part is, if we are going out for the break, we need to submit a break slip with the signature of the reporting head to the security. Even non camera mobile phones are not allowed in the production floor. And the most worst thing is we are not allowed to use our mobile phones in the pantry. There's no guarantee for your salary hike.
