No transparency. Work culture polluted by operation managers.even TLs are not allowed to give proper training to associate.if you Raise voice agaisnt any LT or Manager they will terminate you by planned by saying you dont have manners and we got to much feedbacks of yours. Over all only bengali community and cast oriented.too much politics on floor .TL doing many project same time and dont help team and when team members get feedback then manger show them way to out.
