good place to work on cutting edge stuff

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Work is challenging and fulfilling. Lots of training and exposure to new technology. On a flip side a bit disorganised in terms of project planning. Multiple changes in the project execution timelines

Average pay and average WLB

Company culture is good. Cab facility for up and down on general shift Long working hours due to night calls with US folks. It’s pretty common across all projects Internal project transfer is very difficult because your current manager has to approve it.

Great place to work

Intel, as a global leader in the semiconductor industry, offers a dynamic and stimulating work environment. Their commitment to innovation is evident not just in their products but also in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Employees benefit from state-of-the-art facilities, diverse teams, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies. Furthermore, Intel's comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation packages demonstrate their regard for employee well-being. However, like many tech giants, the pace can be fast, and there might be periods of intense workloads. Overall, Intel provides a rewarding career experience for those passionate about technology and innovation.

Great place to work

It is a great place to work and learn. The culture is very open. You can approach any team in terms of information and questioning. Everybody is willing to help. Have an opportunity to work with some of the best engineers in semiconductor domain.Since intel has so many business verticals there is always an opportunity to learn new things.Management had been very slow in the recent past, but that is changing now.

Average place to work

The work is good because it is a large company with complex architecture. Politics among the organizations is slowing down the growth of the company. Work life balance is Ok. Working from home is dependent on manager's approval and there is no company wide policy for same.

Good environment

Being a Software Test Engineer at Intel has been an incredibly rewarding journey. The company's collaborative culture, commitment to cutting-edge technology, and emphasis on professional growth have created an environment where I can thrive and contribute meaningfully. While the fast-paced nature of the job demands adaptability, the work-life balance and opportunities for advancement make Intel an outstanding place to build a fulfilling career. I look forward to continued growth and innovation as a proud member of the Intel team.

Great place to work for.

Management is intels failure, to many managers and most are inexperienced. They will lie and do anything to get promoted, seen it alot while I was a engineering tech there. If intel would terminate the bad management and focus on management training, this would make it a 5 star for me.

Pros

Pay, benefits, and lots more

Cons

Management
