Working at Intel has been great experience in my professional career. It has been great learning experience while being Intern here. Work is very interesting at the same time it is challenging. Intel gave me lots of opportunities to participate in many technical as well as cultural activities
good work life balance
did not find any
I am working as a intern here at Intel. There is lot of opportunities to learn and explore new things related to work life and also social life among the employees in the organization. The environment is friendly and supportive and that would add up as an advantage to know and explore more about the work assigned.
Everyone are Well cooperative, Work life balance is there, Collaborative, Nice culture. You can learn lots of technologies an grow yourself in all domains. Good networking within the Company
Nice culture, friendly people, Lots of activities are taking place to enjoy
no cons as for now
I joined Intel three months back. I am thoroughly enjoying my experience at Intel as Intern. I am learning new things every day and there is no burden as such to finish things up rapidly. The focus is more on quality learning and not how fast/slow you learn things. The team is very co-operative and people are ready to help you whenever you need them. Even after being an intern, your opinion is counted and valued which makes it great place to learn and eventually work.
Efficient Team mates, Cooperative management, Medical benefits, Flexible work hours, Appreciation Tokens
It's a big company, so there are the normal meetings constantly, but they generally stay on time. There is an emphasis on time management practices. Everyone has been very nice in the PESG. You are expected to pull your weight but there isn't any emphasis on overtime and the group is very respectful of each other.
Great place to work , loved the way they treat new employees. They have special program like assigning buddy to interns , which will be very helpful.Even we can have good discussion with manager regarding any issue.exposure to new areas and good work culture.

There are no cons related to Intel Company bcs it is really doing great in this pandemic situation.
currently pursuing an internship and everybody here is very helpful. There is no such office timing, only you have to do the work whichever provided to you.Due to pandemic I have to WFH, so in starting it is quite difficult to sync but the manager supports very much. So the overall experience is great.
I joined intel as an intern during covid-19 pandemic situation which led to WFH.Shortcomings of WFH is not affecting my work related activities as well as any interactions with peers/colleagues. Team is very supportive and always there whenever i need any kind of technical assistance. Along with this, intel offered their employees including interns to buy essential equipment for WFH setup.
