In case of Domestic process, if requirements are huge, then nothing they will ask. They will simply hire you with a small introduction.

In case of international process, they will check your communication skill with correct pronunciation and confident levels, For example, they will give you any topic and you will have to speak till 3 minutes on given topic, sometimes they asks a little bit information about the product knowledge/process.
